What will you be doing?
- Cleaning of all common areas including pool
- Maintain security and safety
- Contact and register all contractors
- Check plant and equipment
- Liaise and attend to the Owners requests
- Capture site activity onto a computer
- Conduct by-law inspections
- Supervise the use of the Common Property i.e. visitor car parking, pool, gym, etc.
- Establish and maintain a register for the security access control system

You must have:

- Proven experience in Cleaning roles
- Know how to use a computer
- Basic writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations
- Fit to do manual tasks (light handyman duties)

Required:

- A National Police Clearance Check Certificate
