We are looking to hire a Cleaner to join our team at LUNA The Building Management Company. Cleaning and small handyman duties is the function of this role which will directly impact "front of house" and the experience of our customers. Who will love this job? - A planner who thrives in keeping common areas pristine, organised and enthusiastic about maintaining high standards - A communicator who has the patience, determination and drive to help create a positive environment for Owners - A listener willing to comprehend the Owners' message and represent them in all lines of communication - A team player who has attention to detail but can also uphold the company vision in their daily operation What will you be doing? - Cleaning of all common areas including pool - Maintain security and safety - Contact and register all contractors - Check plant and equipment - Liaise and attend to the Owners requests - Capture site activity onto a computer - Conduct by-law inspections - Supervise the use of the Common Property i.e. visitor car parking, pool, gym, etc. - Establish and maintain a register for the security access control system You must have: - Proven experience in Cleaning roles - Know how to use a computer - Basic writing skills - Attention to detail - Ability to communicate clearly - Superior customer service skills - Experience in dealing with difficult situations - Fit to do manual tasks (light handyman duties) Required: - A National Police Clearance Check Certificate At LUNA, we take care of our employees.
