We are looking to hire a Cleaner to join our team at LUNA The Building Management Company. Setting the bar for customer satisfaction, we are passionate about delivering the best possible service and support to help our customers transform their built environment.

Cleaning and small handyman duties is the function of this role which will directly impact "front of house" and the experience of our customers.

What will you be doing?
- Cleaning of all common areas including pool
- Maintain security and safety
- Contact and register all contractors
- Check plant and equipment
- Liaise and attend to the Owners requests
- Capture site activity onto a computer
- Conduct by-law inspections
- Supervise the use of the Common Property i.e. visitor car parking, pool, gym, etc.
- Establish and maintain a register for the security access control system

You must have:

- Proven experience in Cleaning roles
- Know how to use a computer
- Basic writing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Superior customer service skills
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations
- Fit to do manual tasks (light handyman duties)

Required:

- A National Police Clearance Check Certificate
