**Location**: Edinburgh North (Building Site)
**Position**: Casual Cleaner
**Hours**: Variable + On call.
- **Note - As this is a defence site, in order to be eligible for an Australian Government security clearance, an individual must**:_
- _**be an Australian citizen**_
- _**have a checkable background**_
- _**have a valid White Card**_

JC Commercial is seeking a reliable and motivated casual cleaner to join our team. This position involves maintaining a clean and organised environment for our commercial spaces, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Work independently and efficiently while adhering to schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to obtain a DCAC clearance
