**Product Team**

**The Role**

The core purpose of the Casual Customer Experience Specialist is to ensure that our customer feedback is listened to and queries are resolved in a timely, highly transparent and personalised nature.

We are looking for someone who is available to work ~10 hours per week, with the flexibility to do some additional hours as needed (e.g to cover for another team member who is on leave or during busy periods driven by seasonality or product changes).

The availability to provide coverage across Saturday and Sunday morning is highly advantageous.

95% of current work will be related to our horse racing products and content.

Work from anywhere.

The Casual Customer Experience agent’s role and responsibilities will include:

- Working on troubleshooting and ultimately solving technical product issues via our product and technology teams internally.
- Support tagging of queries and basic reporting.
- Help inform and prioritise product enhancements by acting as the voice of the customer across the business.
- Product testing of websites and app releases to test for bugs and ensure quality control.
- Reviewing a set of local and global competitors.
