Sales Specialist, Out of Home Coffee

Due to an internal move, we’re looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Out of Home (OOH) coffee team The Sales Specialist acts as the first point of contact for key customers with a focus on account management, driving revenue streams through business development, and ensure quality service and products. This is a permanent full-time position based on the road visiting customers, with our office based in Southbank.

In this role, you will:

- Manage state-based accounts and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Facilitate coffee training as required by your customers
- Identify opportunities within existing accounts, and acquire new business
- Manage customer data and contract compliance

**Qualifications**
For this role as a Sales Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You hold a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar B2B role
- Previous Coffee industry experience is preferred
- You have strong commercial acumen
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills to negotiate and maintain relationships
- You have a ‘customer first’ mindset
- You hold a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
