**What will the role involve?**
**This is a varied role where no two days will be the same We are looking for an approachable and collaborative individual who will take the lead across multiple disciples within the business. Including**:
**1. Business Systems and Improvement**:
- Development, Implementation and Improvement of Business Systems and Technology.
- Develop accredited IMS and business systems tailored to business operations and the relevant jurisdictions.
- Seek continual improvement through effective change management, lessons learnt and engagement on effectiveness
**2. Development**:
- Development by encouraging teams towards best practice, setting an action plan and providing a road map to improvement.
- Development by seeking out technology providers to automate processes and procedures where possible
- Development by coordinating knowledge sharing, business feedback sessions, lessons learnt - create an engagement piece around the system development and future improvement processes
**3. Implementation**:
- Implement by establishing agreed processes with each operational area (Project Management, Commercial, Safety, Environment, Engineering and Assurance, finance, HR)
- Implement by agreeing how and when with each operational area and supporting implementation by providing the necessary resources
- Undertake auditing of the businesses systems and processes to ensure ongoing compliance and improvement
**4. Improvement**
- Coordinating meetings to review effectiveness
- Update as required to suit changing needs, requirements (due to law, client requirements or operational feedback)
- Investigating new technology platforms to improve business operational performance
**What do we need from you?**
- Extensive experience in business systems analysis, process improvement, and project management, ideally within a construction environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
