Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Coordinator is our customer service and sales expert who plays a key role in supporting the team and our key clients in ensuring excellent reporting standards and customer service in achieved.

As an experienced Sales Coordinator you enjoy a busy and challenging role where you can achieve a variety of deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.

You will use your knowledge of sales processes to build sales reports, update databases, and create specialized customer presentations, ensuring all relevant data is accurate and professionally presented.

This is an opportunity for someone who has valuable experience and Proven organizational skills with the ability to prioritize their own workload. This position will require the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, meeting demanding deadlines and delivering high quality outcomes.

**Your responsibilities include but aren't limited to**:
- Experience coordinating and supporting a sales team of 5 or more people
- Marketing credentials, training or experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills especially excel
- Experience working in a dynamic market or industry
- Trade show and or training co-ordination

**You will have the following**:

- At least 1- 2 years' experience in a similar position would be preferred
- A can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Self-motivated and accountable
- Exceptional written communication skills and a very high attention to detail
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and an adaptable communication style
- You're a communicator with good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience across the Microsoft suite of products including Publisher
- You enjoy working autonomously and have no trouble getting on with the job
- You're a positive people person who thrives in a busy environment, ready and able to support the business and your team
