**Company & Role**:
Site Supervisor required for a full time position with a Sydney based multiple award winning builder.

Focused primarily on high end residential projects up to $20m, this company has an excellent record and reputation in this market, and gives an excellent opportunity to join a company that is unique in it's quality of work.

The current project is a $6.5m, 4 story architecturally designed luxury home in the northern beaches.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Understanding plans to ensure construction progression is completed accurately and according to plan specifications
- Majority of work is management but having to jump on the tools if required
- Maintain construction schedules and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Setting out site and overlooking the quality of carpenters and other trades on site
- Liaising with clients, architects and directors
- Ensuring high quality standard of work while meeting deadlines
- Organising delivery of stock & materials

**Skills & Experience**:

- You must have relevant Supervisor experience working on luxury residential projects at $2mil +
- Cert IV in Building & Construction (or relevant experience)
- At least 5 years' experience with luxury residential projects
- Diploma / Trade Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Ideally, you will come from a carpentry background
- Structural experience would be preferable
