**Residential Foreman - Sydney**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Foreman to join a reputable building company delivering high-quality custom homes and renovations across Sydney.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about construction, team leadership, and delivering top-tier residential projects on time and within budget.

**Location**: Sydney (Various Residential Sites)
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily on-site operations and ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate and supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Interpret and implement construction plans and drawings
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site procedures
- Manage site materials, equipment, and tools efficiently
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers as needed
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Qualified Carpenter with white card (min 8 yrs experience in formwork carpentry)
- Must have a valid NSW drivers licence - HR licence advantageous not necessary
- Has a basic understanding of steel fixing and concreting practices
- Must have own tools - nail bag, hammer, tape, level, circular saw at minimum
- Strong background in custom builds, renovations, and extensions
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret detailed construction drawings
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Sound understanding of WHS standards and site safety protocols
- Proficient with site documentation and reporting tools
- Positive attitude towards safety and working in a team
- Ability to follow directions and ask questions
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to seeing a task to completion

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
