Your tactical mindset allows you to solve complex problems and co-create solutions covering the needs all the areas of the business. You have the ability to take perspective on how mid and long-term strategies come together with immediate needs to deliver on our goals.
**Your responsibilities**
As Logistics Sales Support Manager, you will lead, support and deliver fulfilment availability and support within the market through a customer-centric and collaborative approach. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Contribute to fulfilment planning, range allocation and sales planning (sales goal matching forecast and fulfilment capabilities) across the market.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to secure business plan and priorities in the market by supporting the execution of fulfilment availability in product launches and key commercial events.

- Drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities in customer experience, systems, cost optimisation, efficiency, processes and ways of working.
- Support the replenishment department to create the best preconditions for a strong Demand Forecast and levels of product availability at the lowest possible cost.
- Support relevant key partners in the market while contributing both knowledge and expertise to optimal operational and omnichannel development and tendering activities.
- Coach and develop commercial competence and growth mindset within the department and contribute to global initiatives.

Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA omnichannel retailing.
