**Description**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our team at Yatala, reporting to the Trade Service Centre Manager. If you have a welcoming approach, show high initiative and can provide our customers with a unique experience, then this is the role for you. Ideally you will have customer service experience in a similar industry.

As a key member of our team in Yatala, you will thrive in an environment where service, sales and customer solutions are paramount. This role will see you as the face of our company. Your day will be varied as you will be involved in sales and enquiries, liaising with customers and external suppliers. Previous experience in the steel manufacturing/building supply industry would be an advantage but not essential.

Providing face to face quality service to customers
Office management
Stock control in the factory
Coordinating production with factory staff
Coordinating logistics i.e. transport and deliveries
Effectively communicating with all stakeholders and dealing with difficult customers effectively
Receiving and processing administration duties

To Be Successful

Excellent communication skills with a friendly personality
Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 am till 4.00pm
