I'm working for a activewear apparel brand that has boomed success. Started locally in Australia, they have reached new heights and are expanding quickly globally with a focus on the USA market.
On the look out for their next pivotal hire, an eCommerce and Trading Manager to work across the Australia and New Zealand regions.
This role will be focused on driving, influencing and adapting to change for their complex business and will need someone confident in decision making and understanding the customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Deep dive into the consumer's shopping behaviour and understand every step of their eCommerce journey
Manage end to end customer journey from inspiration to post purchase
Take lead and develop their go-to-market calendar and all trading activity
Own their promotional campaigns, collaborating with product and merchandising teams to ensure activity is in line with sell through and margin targets
Work closely with their external development agency to strategise their developmental roadmap to improve onsite customer experience and site optimisation
Ensure the business achieves key deliverables including brand, development and performance aspects (utilising an external agency)
Work with their operations team and partners to localise global expansion and markets
Leverage key analytical tools to monitor customer sentiment and behaviour, as well as ROAS, reporting back to the C suite
Support the customer care team to identify issues and help resolve them
Manage P&L, forecasting and sales targets
Manage and support the digital and wider team
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:
5-8 years in a similar role for a activewear/apparel or footwear brand
2-4 years in a leadership role, confident mentoring and managing juniors across the business
Commercially minded and have a strong business acumen
Proven success of achieving results and identifying opportunities for growth
Previously worked in a promotional or trade heavy position, able to strategically position products and offers to target audiences
Previous global or international experience is ideal but not a deal breaker
You are adaptable, thrive in a fast paced/start up environment
