Industry Experience Officer

- Commencement Salary: $72,943 (pro rata) per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

**About the Role**
Reporting to the Team Leader: Industry Experience, you will provide high quality customer service to stakeholders by developing strong professional relationships and by undertaking a range of administrative duties that supports student placements and the work of the Industry Experience Team. This is a job-share role where you will be working three to four short days that must include Thursdays and Fridays.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, with high level attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
- Experience in delivering high quality customer service to a diverse range of customers in a busy service environment
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
- Organisational skills including managing information flow, meeting deadlines, prioritising competing demands and using initiative
- Demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and website management expertise
