**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and secure new sites consistent with Revo’s growth strategy and support the delivery of our new site pipeline nationally
- Coordinate leasing agreements ensuring the agreed terms allow Revo Fitness to trade under favourable terms
- Drawing up paperwork for leasing negotiation and agreement
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen business relationships with landlords and other external stakeholders
- Continue to nurture, manage and develop existing relationships
- Build relevant networks to develop long term relationships with landlords, developers, and local leasing agents
- Obtain and review market information to provide leasing updates to key internal stakeholders
- Liaising with the Design & Development team to ensure they’re well briefed on the fit-out requirements of upcoming sites in our new club pipeline
- Communicating leasing negotiation updates to the Manager Director and senior leadership team as required
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure drafted new leases contain agreed content before finalised leases and supporting documentation are prepared for final approval

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or proven experience in a similar role
- Experience using Lease Eagle (desirable)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong commercial acumen
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to problem solve throughout leasing negotiations
- Strong administration, planning and organisation skills
- Previous experience in a similar leasing role with ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance conflicting priorities across various leasing agreements
- Knowledge of the relevant legislation/processes for lease agreements across various Australian jurisdictions

Location: Revo HQ - Based on Stirling Highway in Nedlands.
