Based on site at Chatswood, you will work alongside our Property Manager and Property Director to optimise the performance of 2 commercial buildings whilst maximising rental incomes, managing stakeholder relationships, controlling expenditure, overseeing repairs and maintenance, as well as maintaining compliance and financial obligations.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their Commercial Property Management career by undertaking new challenges and collaborating with a high performing and talented team.

Here’s a snapshot of your role (with support from the Property Manager);
Coordinating the day-to-day tasks required to manage two significant commercial buildings, collaborating with tenants, contractors, the client and JLL personnel

Preparation of income and expenditure budgets as well as outgoing reconciliation

Negotiation of leases, lease renewals and rent reviews

Coordinating repairs with tenants and contractors

Creating regular property reports and providing clients with regular updates on matters including finance, tenant queries and lease management issues

Maintenance of financial and legal aspects of the buildings on the JLL Property Management system

Liaison with tenants with a customer service-based mindset

Processing accounts and invoices online
