**Role**
- Manage the pricing for commercial contracts and ensure margins and discounts are applied correctly
- Prepare cost information, and propose price adjustments for internal approval
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve pricing-related issues and provide support for customer contract
- Develop and update pricing management procedures as needed to reflect changes in policy, market conditions, or customer needs,
- Manage customer portals and assist with the onboarding of customers onto the online ordering portal
- Raise & process credit returns in the system and notify the sales department of the adjustment
- Assist the Finance team with various tasks as needed and update pricing data to ensure pricing integrity
- Internal Sales Reporting: Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to provide insights into sales activities,
- Contract Management and update and maintain contract details in Smartsheet to ensure all relevant stakeholders have access to the latest information
- Update contract price requests for Sales team members according to company policies and procedures
- Verify that prices and discounts are within Delegation of Authority limits and comply with company policies and procedures
- Provide clear, accurate pricing information to support the Sales team’s negotiations and customer engagements
- Manage sales order data integrity through the review of customer orders, managing order exceptions, backorders and outstanding orders
- Regularly review and manage customer backorders and update key stakeholders on any issues
- Communicate delivery date updates to customers and resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all internal approval processes for pricing, discounts, and contract terms and adhere to established guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years’ experience in a previous business administration, customer service or sales order processing role within a manufacturing or industrial sector is highly desirable
- Intermediate-advance Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and experience using an ERP system
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to identify margin and pricing issues
- Task-orientated with the ability to manage and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
