_Medirest provides specialist food, hospitality and support services to residents and patients in hospitals and senior living facilities. **Our team operates from 6am until 10pm, 7 days a week. We currently have vacant shifts across afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday.**

**Some of your day-to-day tasks may include**:

- Directing tasks to the relevant Medirest operational team
- Monitoring operational performance and key deliverables
- Providing coordinating operational support to the various departments
- Providing management support required
- Data entry into site facility management systems and compiling reports where required

**About you**:

- Experience in the provision of superior customer service
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude, you’re able to manage conflicting priorities without compromising on quality and service
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide evidence of immunity against a variety of vaccine preventable diseases (including COVID)

Experience working within a healthcare environment and high-volume admin/helpdesk role is highly desirable but not essential.
