_Medirest provides specialist food, hospitality and support services to residents and patients in hospitals and senior living facilities. We are passionate about ensuring residents and patients are well nourished, well cared for, valued and safe. Our services come from the heart and served with a smile._

**Our team operates from 6am until 10pm, 7 days a week. We currently have vacant shifts across afternoons and evenings Monday-Friday.**

**Some of your day-to-day tasks may include**:

- Directing tasks to the relevant Medirest operational team
- Monitoring operational performance and key deliverables
- Providing coordinating operational support to the various departments
- Providing management support required
- Data entry into site facility management systems and compiling reports where required

**About you**:

- Experience in the provision of superior customer service
- Team player and able to work autonomously
- Flexible approach and attitude, you’re able to manage conflicting priorities without compromising on quality and service
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to obtain a National Police Check Clearance and provide evidence of immunity against a variety of vaccine preventable diseases (including COVID)

Experience working within a healthcare environment and high-volume admin/helpdesk role is highly desirable but not essential.
