**The Opportunity**
You will be responsible for delivering timely, efficient and effective support services, equipment configuration and maintenance services across all site AV equipment and rooms/facilities. All in order to deliver successful outcomes for end users and providing excellent customer service.

Duties include:

- Ensure strong customer and vendor relationships for incident escalation, request fulfillment and change management
- Undertake minor repairs/upgrades of hardware; liaise with approved repairers to manage the effective repair of defective equipment
- Acquire and maintain appropriate awareness of business process by contributing to the knowledge base and known error database

**Skills and Experience**
- Qualifications in Information Technology
- Experience working in a support environment across AV and Level 1 or Level 2 support
- Demonstrated experience with fault finding, problem solving and rectification in an efficient manner
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening, asking appropriate questions and confidently interacting with the business to update them of the situation and solution
- High attention to detail with experience in identifying reoccurring incidents and requests and escalate as required
