**Our Opportunity**

To ensure its success; we are currently searching for an exceptional Level 2 IT Support Technician to join the team. You will be the first point of contact for clients on all IT enquires. This position is based in Thornton, NSW.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Travel between 4 NEPEAN businesses in the Hunter Valley/Central Coast to provide on-site support: Thornton, Rutherford, Tuggerah and West Gosford.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems
- Technical and Hardware support, installation, and maintenance.
- Providing end-to-end solutions through research, investigation, and implementation.
- Creating and updating technical documentation to assist in streamlined service desk process.
- Collaborate with the wider support team to ensure effective and timely solutions.
- Ensuring assets are tested, stored, identified, and updated in the ITSM database.

**The Right Person**

To be considered you will have:

- Relevant IT Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Experience with Windows Servers, networking
- Experience with Azure, IP Telephony, PowerShell, MDM, remote management tools, endpoint management and cyber security solutions
- Experience dealing with support from Tier 1 system vendors in a corporate environment (e.g., Dell). Experience with Dell will be highly
- Troubleshooting software and hardware issues in a Windows based environment
- Experience working with ticketing and remote monitoring tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- The ability to strategically evaluate and solve complex problems
- A passion for IT best practice as well as large everchanging projects.
- An understanding of the requirement for local, regional and domestic travel to other offices in Australia
- Team player attitude - ready to contribute whatever it takes or play any role on a team to get the job done.
- Ability to Take 100% ownership of everything you do and ensure its accurate and timely completion.
- A Full Driver’s License and your own vehicle
