To meet our growing demands, we are looking for an **Environment Approvals Advisor Projects** to join our team.

**The Role**: Reporting to the **Team Lead Regulatory Approval**s, the purpose of this role is to identify, assess and manage internal environmental assessments for compliance against regulatory approvals associated with front end project activities, provide high quality environmental advice and ensure projects are set up to be able to be undertaken in accordance with Arrow HSE management systems and relevant environmental regulations and obligations.

This is a Brisbane based position and will require occasional travel to our field operations as required, with plenty of notice.

**In addition, you will**:

- Demonstrate a personal commitment to consistently role model Arrow’s values, code of conduct, safety, and the environment.
- Establish positive and productive working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Model inclusive behaviours to create a safe environment where different views and perspectives are encouraged and valued.
- Responsible for managing internal environmental impact assessments for compliance against Arrow’s regulatory approvals, specifically, our Environmental Authorities and Federal, EPBC Approvals, etc to support the internal approval and release of work packages for execution.
- Effectively plan (cost, resources, schedule) for the implementation of environmental requirements for projects into execution including integrating with the broader environmental function on specialist environmental resources.
- Execute environment Technical Authority duties for projects and identify and manage technical gaps, risks and opportunities.

**About You**

You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with the ability to contribute to a high performing-team with a second-to-none focus on safety and integrity.

**To be considered for this role, you will ideally have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline.
- Experience in Environmental / Project Management
- Management of environmental approval processes.
- Implementation of environmental requirements for development projects.
- Knowledge of environmental legislation and experience with regulatory requirements for projects within the CSG industry preferrable.
