**About The Opportunity**:
This newly created role has been borne out of growth at General Homecare. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for all future clients and their families and, at this important touchpoint, have the opportunity to provide information, advice and guidance for people navigating their aged care or NDIS journey. You will work closely with people to understand their unique circumstances and tailor your advice accordingly so that you become a trusted guide for them in what is a complex and often overwhelming journey through the sector.

**About You**:
Practically speaking, you have prior experience in a similar role and ideally, knowledge and understanding of the aged care and/or disability support sector. You have demonstrated experience in providing service delivery to clients, customers and other relevant stakeholders. Above all, you enjoy being challenged and enjoy being part of a collaborative working culture.
