**What this opportunity involves**:
Reporting to the Trust Accounts Payable Manager, the Trust Accounts Payable Officer will manage the accurate and timely processing of trust accounts payable information in accordance with internal control standards and service level agreement within the business.

Based in JLL’s corporate office in Sydney CBD, you will get the opportunity to work with a passionate and close-knit team.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Conduct Payment runs from various trust accounts
Co-ordinate bank signatories
Process inter-bank transfers and international payments
Review unpresented cheques
Process cheque cancellations
Manage remittance advices
Generate Trust AP cash book
Collection and distribution of mail/cheques

Relevant Trust Accounting experience from a property/legal industry will be highly regarded
Trust regulations knowledge or experience will be desirable but not essential
Intermediate to advanced computer and excel skills with the willingness to learn and adapt to new programs or systems
Strong attention to detail with flexibility in work hours (i.e. early start)
Demonstrated ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritising own workload
Excellent communication skills - telephone, written and in person
A great team player
