We are seeking a proactive Data Entry/ Admin professional on full time basis based in Pooraka, SA with ability to work a flexible span of hours (Monday-Friday) to increase the external and internal customer satisfaction by being a central point of contact in providing services, information and complaint resolution efficiently, accurately responsive service covering, enquiries, issues, claims and credits.

What you’ll do

Able to proactively manage individual claims from notification to closure within required timeframe.
Investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on the category, type and quantum of the claim.
Resolving all conflict to achieve a “Win Win” solution by balancing the needs of the customer and the needs of the business.
Answering all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program with 100% accuracy in data entry, covering orders, claims, customer records and administration and ability to identify opportunities to grow existing and new customers.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution.

What you’ll be

Experience in a Call Center Customer Service environment preferably in a distribution environment but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent ability to analyze information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions.
Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate patience with difficult callers.
Attention to detail and ability to display a high level of integrity and diplomacy.
Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Intermediate excel skills to include formatting & formulas
