Our client is an Australian-born entrepreneurial organization that has been providing quality products & service for the past 75 years to more than 70 countries globally

**The Role**
As a successful Trainer, your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Facilitating training workshops for new employees on products, services and processes
- Coordinate ongoing training to ensure employees' customer service is continuously improved and enhanced
- Complete quality assurance to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive criticism
- Assist in problem solving and dispute resolution when escalations come through
- Prepare and send out communications regarding changes to processes, policies and products
- **Location**: Condell Park - parking on site available
- **Hours**:Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- **Salary**:Attractive negotiable salary package

**You**
As a successful Trainer, you will offer:

- **Previous experience as a trainer for at least 2-3 years, ideally for a customer service team**:

- **Knowledge in using Sales Force ideal but not essential.**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative thinking
