**PEER are experiencing an exciting period of growth.**

**We are looking for experienced Trainers and Assessor and Subject Matter Experts who are wanting to deliver trade based training and upskilling courses.**

**As a PEER Trainer and **Assessor** your role will include providing training, guidance, mentoring and coaching to our VET in School students and apprentices enrolled in our trade school.

**Are you an Electrician looking for a change?**

**As a PEER Subject Matter Expert** your role will include providing assistance to Trainers and Assessors in the knowledge and performance areas. All whilst studying towards a Certificate IV Training and Assessment.

**Starting Wages $$$**

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 4 $49.53 - 61.90 P/H

Qualified Trainer & Assessor Level 3 $46.69 - $56.36 P/H

Subject Matter Expert Level 2 $41.04 - $51.29 P/H

**Skills and experience**:

- Electrical trade qualification
- Current PGE Licence
- Computer skills
- Ability to pass a Working with Children & National Police Checks.
- Proven track record in inspiring, supporting, motivating people and fostering a positive, creative and rewarding culture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable**
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Cert IV (TAE40116), or willing to study
