**Trainer Assessor (Early Childhood)**

An exciting opportunity exists for a self-motivated individual to join our Registered Training Organisation (RTO), the Australian Institute of Early Childhood Studies (AIECS) in the role of Trainer Assessor.

At the AIECS, we remain one of the industry leaders of providing high quality education and training in the field of Children's Services, specialising in the following Qualifications and training:

- **Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- **Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- **Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management**:

- **Food Safety Supervisor course**:

- **Specialised training seminars and professional development**

Our goals are to provide high quality training and professional development services that are specifically designed for Child Care workers and industry professionals through flexible delivery and support services. We bring qualifications directly to Child Care professionals in their workplace or at home via online technologies.

In the position of Trainer Assessor your day will commence from your home and involve travelling to Childcare services to provide onsite training. In addition, you will be required to visit the RTO office on a weekly basis, conveniently located in Shailer Park (Logan). You will be required to travel to Toowoomba on some occasions, as well as be available for occasional Saturday workshops and Weeknight workshops.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- **Growing the business through the promotion of the AIECS online student training centre**:

- **Communicating effectively and efficiently to students and potential enrolments of the AIECS**:

- **Facilitating student progression through regular student contact and providing prompt assistance to student queries**:

- **Marking and processing of student assessment submissions in a timely manner (according to RTO policies)**:

- **The development and delivery of training including night classes and weekend workshops**:

- **Effectively assisting in the implementation of regular training package updates throughout the RTO's array of training packages**

In addition, you will need to hold the following minimum Qualifications:

- **Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management (or equivalent) (not required but highly regarded)**:

- **Certificate IV in Training and Assessment - TAE40116**

- **A high level of attention to detail**:

- **You must have a minimum of three years' industry experience in a Lead Educators role,**:

- **Above all be passionate about living a healthy lifestyle**
