We are looking for a like-minded, high-performing Regional Manager, who is inspirational at every level

**The role |**

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, guaranteeing operational effectiveness, and nurturing a culture of exceptional performance within the designated region. Your responsibilities encompass serving as a brand representative, embodying the brand's core values, and consistently providing an exceptional in-store experience to every customer.

As a frontrunner, you will provide guidance, inspiration, and direction to teams, fostering high engagement, optimizing sales, and upholding cost-effectiveness and efficiency standards. This role is based across Bondi, South Coast, Albury/Wagga and CBD locations.

**The skills |**
- 2+ years in Area Management, Regional or State level.
- Exceptional ability to lead a team.
- Strong knowledge of the Retail Award and performance management processes.
- Proven ability to drive sales and build high-performing teams.
- Previous experience in wage management and rostering.
- Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles.
- Highly motivating and influential.
- A high achiever who is driven to succeed.
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to be agile and think on your feet.
