**THE OPPORTUNITY**

This role will be an integral part of the Service Delivery teams to develop, implement and manage improvements to the document control processes as well as being a prime user of the systems. The processes are to be aligned and integrated with similar systems in the broader Ampcontrol business.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

This role will support the Service Delivery teams on a day-to-day basis and your role will require you to complete the following:

- Work with the Service Delivery Teams to determine any specific documentation requirements
- Ensure there is a tracking system in place to monitor and manage the document development progress on all active work and tenders
- Assist in and provide any administrative and document development support as may be required by the team
- Ensure that drawings and any other related technical documentation is properly managed and controlled between the project, design and site teams
- Manage the flow of all technical incoming and outgoing documents such as receiving, recording, distributing and filing
- Ensuring compliancy and consistency across corporate documents and record management requirements
- Liaising with external and internal contractors, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring submissions are consistent with the project management system

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**

Your ability to encourage staff to become effective users of the document control system will also be met with the following requirements:

- Experience in Document Control to a high level
- Competent in information systems and information database management
- Experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience with document control tools
- Experience in resolving problems - both technical and organisational implementation matters
