Job Summary:
El Jannah is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at the Marsden Park location. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage staff during shifts
- Ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Train and onboard new employees
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with inventory management
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Monitor and report on financial performance

**Requirements**:
