**Your New Role**:
As a Data Specialist, you will spearhead critical projects supporting your organisation’s ERP upgrade initiative. Collaborating within a tightly-knit team of four, you’ll engage with internal Business Analysts, Senior Stakeholders, and external consultants. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the seamless integration of new software through meticulous data flow validation. Operating in a fully on-premises environment, your role will also encompass migrating from a legacy SQL server to a newly created one.

**What You’ll Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum 5 years of SQL experience, coupled with hands-on proficiency in SSIS and SSRS.
- A robust grasp of APIs, complemented by the ability to effectively convey this knowledge to senior stakeholders. API programming skills will be a significant advantage.
- Prior involvement in data architecture design.
- Exceptional communication skills across all leadership levels—positioning you as the organisation’s go-to “Data Expert.”
- Experience working on major ERP projects will be highly regarded.
