**What you will do**:

- Turn briefs and brand guidelines into creative, on-brand designs that resonate with our audience.
- Contribute ideas and concepts during brainstorming sessions, helping shape campaigns from the ground up.
- Partner with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure designs align with both brand and business goals.
- Bring concepts to life through animation, motion graphics, and other creative digital techniques.
- Balance multiple projects at once, producing high-quality work even under tight deadlines.
- Stay across digital design trends and recommend fresh, innovative approaches to keep our creative output ahead of the curve.
- Help maintain consistency of visual identity across all digital platforms while pushing creative boundaries.

**What you will bring**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar, with a portfolio that shows off your digital work.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and **Figma**.
- An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for creativity and staying on top of design trends, always looking for fresh ways to bring ideas to life.
