**About the Position**
**—**:
With a growing team, we’re looking for someone to join our talented Creative Team to help deliver innovative digital design solutions that support our marketing and digital strategies. This role will report into our Graphic Design Manager, and work closely with the Creative Director to help bring our brand and products to life in the Digital realm. This role will also work collaboratively with our marketing and digital team and ensure the execution across all content and customer communications.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Work closely and collaboratively with the Creative Team
- Produce high-quality digital design assets: static, video, animation and responsive where possible
- Bring digital creative to life in a succinct and marketable ways that puts mobile first
- Create, respect and champion consistency and on-brand digital design, and the Fenton & Fenton brand as a whole
- Contribute to the development of the Digital Design areas of campaign and brand style guides
- Be organised, and motivate those around you to achieve the shared creative brand vision
- Work closely and collaboratively with the Graphic Design Manager and Marketing Team on monthly campaign deliverables, from ideation to completion, focusing on assets for Social, eDMs and Digital Advertising
- Collaborate with our Social Team on content creation to create assets fit for purpose
- Be committed to keeping up to date with digital design trends across social platforms
- Work collaboratively with the UX/UI and eCommerce Team to develop assets for web design with a customer-focused methodology

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- A keen eye for design and all the finer details
- Superior communication and prioritisation skills
- Highly resourceful - utilises people and money resourcing effectively
- Exceptional organisational skills and focus, including a capacity to effectively prioritise tasks and manage time in accordance with strictdeadlines, with a meticulous attention to detail
- Flexible, with the ability to adapt quickly to different situations
- Drive to develop and improve artwork

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Skilled in Digital Design with a relevant tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Graphic or Digital Designer
- Proven ability as a graphic designer to then further push into motion and animation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
- Must be highly skilled in at least one of the following: Premiere, After Effects or Animate
- Must be competent in: Photoshop & InDesign
- Bonus: Dreamweaver, Acrobat, Illustrator & Lightroom
- Experience with Figma
- Bonus: Experience with website CMS, CSS, HTML and/or JavaScript
