We are a busy Psychological Practice in Berkeley Vale NSW.

The role includes greeting patients; answering phone calls and either scheduling appointments or dealing with patient requests; calling patients who require follow-up appointments or for any other reason required by Psychologists; communication with other medical facilities; recording accounts payed and those still payable; assisting with keeping the centre looking tidy; presenting a positive atmosphere for patients.

Excellent communication skills and organisational skills are essential; we require someone with a positive attitude and the ability to think on their feet.

Excellent computer skills as all work is done online

We offer:

- Casual basis with the possibility of a permanent position in the near future

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
