**The Client**

Our client is an industry leading, global company, providing legal and business services across the technology sector. They serve law firms, corporations, financial institutions and government agencies across areas such as eDiscovery, business operations, class action and mass tort, court reporting, regulatory compliance and restructuring,
** **legal transformation, and bankruptcy matters (amongst others).

**The Role**

Our client is looking for a passionate sales leader to help them shape the growth of their dynamic, fast-growing US headquartered company. You can be based in Singapore, Hong Kong, Tokyo or Sydney, Australia but will need the approporaite visas and working rights for the location you wish to be based.

You will be 1 of 5 Regional Vice Presidents working in their sales division globally and in this role, you will be responsible for the overall running of the Asia Pacific (APAC) region for sales which currently includes offices in Australia, New Zealand, India, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore and Korea.

You will be spearheading the APAC sales team and assisting them to:

- Set and exceed sales related targets for the region
- Driving annual, quarterly and monthly regional budgets
- Developing and training the APAC sales team members
- Monitoring and enforcing team KPIs
- Bringing in new business for the region

You

The ideal person will be a strategic thinker who can motivate and drive a team. You will be ambitious and hungry for success and have an ability to lead from the front. Strong people and communication skills are essential and you must have a proven track record in revenue generation and proven ability to manage multi-million dollar sales pipelines.

Ideally you will also have experience in:

- Formulating and executing sales plans for your designated region/department.
- Accurately and effectively using SalesForce for the development of leads and prospects.
- Leading and managing a team in driving sales policies, procedures and delivery.
- Regularly measuring and analysing team productivity and effectiveness and managing team in this regard.
- Setting team KPIS and budgets and managing team on these.
- Maintaining long term client relationships and gaining referrals.
- Striving to increase company revenue and bringing in new work.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 6 (six) years of hands-on, sales and sales management experience selling complex, consultative solutions (ideally with knowledge of the legal industry and legal technology).
- Proven high achiever with demonstrable experience of managing a sizeable geographic territory, building and growing a sales team, and building a robust pipeline of high potential accounts, and delivering exceptional results.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills

**Travel**

A perk of this role is the opportunity to travel within the APAC regional and also possibly to the global head office located in the US. Travel will be relatively frequent so a current Passport and ability to travel is essential.
