Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Sales Coordinator and provide guidance and leadership (and training as necessary), and (depending on experience) to manage a Director of Sales for Asia based in Singapore.
Client & Partner Management
Lead and grow high-level relationships with broadcasters, streamers, digital platforms, and content buyers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all licensing activity across the region, with a consistent in-market presence.
Represent FOX with professionalism and insight, strengthening the brand's reputation across all interactions.
Represent FOX at major industry markets, festivals, and events.
Conduct in-market trips as necessary to maintain client relationships and pursue sales opportunities.

Drive presales, co-productions, format sales and volume licensing deals across genres and rights.
Collaborate closely with legal, operations, and finance teams to finalize deals and ensure seamless execution and servicing.
Market Intelligence & Forecasting
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and platform evolution across the region.
• Deliver accurate revenue forecasts, performance updates, and territory-specific insights to senior leadership.
• Provide sales projections to inform pipeline planning and content strategy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work in close alignment with the content, marketing, finance, and operations teams to support overall business goals.
• Provide market input to inform acquisition and development strategy.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum 10 years of experience in international content sales or distribution, with direct experience in the APAC region.
Extensive network of senior-level buyer relationships across broadcasters, streamers, and AVOD/FAST platforms.
Deep understanding of rights management, IP exploitation, and windowing strategy across global platforms.
