**About The Role**:
This is an existing leadership role reporting directly to the Executive General Manager based in South Australia. The successful applicant will be an experienced and confident person to spearhead an expanding business that services customers across all the major resource regions in Western Australia. You are a people-focused team player who can demonstrate visible leadership out in the field to promote a positive safety culture that assists in developing careers for all our people.

The role is very autonomous to meet the diverse range of our customer requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
The role will include, but is not limited to:

- Overall responsibility for the performance of the Environmental Services team in Western Australia. The services in Western Australia include Demolition and Decommissioning, Asbestos & Hazardous Remediation, Industrial Services and Scaffolding.
- Leads and manages a mixture of in-house self-delivery and subcontracted services through the efficient allocation of employees, plant, and equipment.
- Prepare, and monitor strategic plans, customer plans, budgets, people development & succession plans
- Ensuring all operations meet Work, Health, Safety, Quality and Environment obligations
- Project Controls, Commercial & Contract Management and Procurement
- Marketing, Business Development and Tendering

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Have operated at senior levels in the Construction industry with developed skills in contracting with full P&L responsibility, commercial and operational expertise
- Experience managing human resources matters, building teams that include construction workers up to Construction Managers
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Developed presentation skills to internal and external stakeholder groups
- Proven experience managing project financials and forecasting
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a professional manner
