Your responsibilities will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and admirative support within a dental practice as Dental Receptionist.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Customer service**: Providing warm and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
**Administrative Tasks**: Perform general admirative duties, including managing phone calls, maintaining appointment schedule. filing patient records, and handing correspondence.
**Patient Billing**: Providing patient payments, insurance claims, and handling billing enquiries with accuracy and attention to detail.
**Communication Skills**: Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills when interacting with patients and staff.
**Confidentiality**: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to privacy regulations while managing safeguarding patient records and sensitive information.
**Basic Computer Skills**: Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to manage patient records, appointments, and perform basic administrative tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-40 per week

Pay: $24.49 - $36.23 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
