- Are you passionate about driving environmental impact through data and innovation? CBRE is seeking a Sustainability Ratings Specialist to join our collaborative team supporting a key strategic account. This is a unique opportunity to influence sustainability outcomes across a high-profile property portfolio.
- Reporting to the Senior NABERS Assessor, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality sustainability ratings including NABERS Energy & Water, Carbon Neutral certifications, TLAs, and BEECs. You’ll also play a key role in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making.

**The Opportunity**
- Deliver accurate and timely NABERS ratings and certifications
- Identify opportunities to improve sustainability performance
- Support monthly monitoring of sustainability data across the office portfolio
- Facilitate data-driven analytics to enhance energy and water efficiency
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives
- Conduct TLA assessments and prepare certification submittals
- Assist in achieving account KPIs and improving asset-level sustainability performanceProvide insights for ESG ratings and investor disclosures
- **About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in Sustainability, Engineering, or Property
- Several years experience in sustainability within the building environment
- NABERS (Offices) and CBD Assessor accreditation
- NABERS Carbon Neutral Assessor accreditation
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilitiesExperience with Green Star, WELL, and GRESB reporting frameworks
