- A 61 bed facility
- Provide quality Servciel Manager you will effectively manage and lead a team of carers and nurses by demonstrating our core values.
- Take an active role in getting to know and communicating with our residents and their families.
- Manage residents’ assessments, treatment, careplans and other documentation to the highest standard.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Previous Clinical Management experience in an Aged Care environment desirable and knowledge of relevant legislation
- Experience in managing and leading people by building a positive team culture is essential
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) essential
- Demonstrated understanding of person-centred care and ability to work well in a team environment
