We operate multiple clinics in Metro and Regional NSW; Newtown, Blacktown and Young.

We are looking for a Receptionist in the Young clinic to be the front facing representative of our brand. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference to a patient's dental experience, this is the job for you.

**Reporting into the Practice Manager you will**:

- Answer phone calls, manage patient appointments and enquiries;
- Coordinate patient appointments;
- Manage recall and reactivation of patients;
- Track and report treatment plans and patient referrals;
- Provide optimal dental treatment by advising and educating patients about our services;
- Accounts & administration; taking payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps;
- Administration & maintenance of the patient database.

**What we are looking for**:

- 1 year Dental or Medical Reception experience highly desirable but not essential;
- Strong written and communication skills;
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment;
- A team player and can take initiative with tasks;
- Passionate about customer service and enjoys providing care for people.

**Salary**: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
