Job description:
The Role

You will be working with a dedicated team of professionals who are passionate about building a sustainable organisation that enhances the lifestyle of people with disability.

You will be responsible for managing our NDIS operations with the assistance of the company directors, Operations Manager and Operations Officer. You will be provided with the resources required to kickstart the operations with comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Primary point of contact for participant intake, leading the support service delivery team and client outcomes, whilst liaising with the Clinical Care Manager. This includes managing client’s enquiries, complaints and feedback.
- Day to day management of NDIS services and business operations, ensuring efficient, safe and high quality of client support and services.
- Support workers recruitment and workforce scheduling and planning.
- Providing leadership in the development of SIL quotes and rosters of care.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and systems.
- Build and maintain a viable and stable customer base.
- Assessing client needs, recommending and explaining the relevant NDIS services offered by The Australian Health Company (AHC).
- Manage all client and stakeholder calls and enquiries that come through in a timely manner with a sense of urgency.
- Liaise with our stakeholders with the utmost of professionalism.
- Implement and strategise to improve best practices alongside the Operations Manager.
- Manage all services and bookings from start to finish.

Skills and Experience:

- Knowledge of NDIS practice Standards and funding models practice approach, developing and implementation of tailored-care plans regarded but not essential
- High Level consultation skills with people living with disability, or chronic conditions, whilst demonstrating awareness of the key issues faced by people with disabilities or chronic conditions and the importance of choice and control regarding the support they receive
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Impeccable time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Demonstrate knowledge of NDIS operations
- Sound knowledge of the NDIS
- Experience liaising with support coordinators, participants and plan managers
- Solid computer literacy and capacity to use cloud based software is essential

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
