**Your new role**
In your role as a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling isolation maintenance for the machines and in general the maintenance operation of the site. You will be managing one fitter and turner who is carrying out most of the repairs and you will report to the site leader. Key roles and responsibilities will include:

- Lead and plan the BSC daily maintenance needs of the site to ensure the continuance of viable operations
- Ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe manner
- Coordinating maintenance trades, contractor, operators, staff and quality personnel
- Maintaining up-time, quality and reliability of all production equipment to its optimum running condition.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will be an experienced maintenance supervisor who previously worked in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to compliance with site policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
- Leadership/ Influencing experience within a team environment
- Trade Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical discipline or fitter background are beneficial
- MEX experience is advantageous

You will get the opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of painted and coated steel products. On offer is an attractive hourly rate of $65 to $70/hour plus super. The contract will be for a minimum of 6 months with potential for this to be extended.
