With recent growth in our industry, there is a new opportunity for an experienced solid all-rounder as a **Works Supervisor** to join rapidly growing team.

We are looking for a driven self-starter with a building background who brings operational excellence, strong attention to detail and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves

**Duties and Responsibilities**
The Works Supervisor will be a jack-of-all-trades (Must have a trade min 10 years in Building or Carpentry) who uses their experience to manage all reactive and preventative maintenance on site, manage staff performance and contractors, able to estimate, work on the tools and liaise with stakeholders. The role is primarily Monday to Friday.

The Works Supervisor will be overseeing the delivery on several contracts within our business. Duties may include:

- Project deliveries: following Planned Maintenance Calendar, arranging for contractors, and collecting service reports
- Reactive maintenance: Personally, completing tasks or arranging for contractors depending on the work needed to be completed. Overseeing performance of contractors.
- Quotations/estimating
- Maintenance Software: using software to track all maintenance and aggregate documents/reports
- Work health & safety: comply and promote WH&S policies
- Customer satisfaction: building rapport with property residents and liaising with internal stakeholders
- Building Licence or Carpentry Trade background 10 years minimum
- Sales experience
- A valid NSW driving license
- White card
- Police check
- A calm and friendly demeanour and excellent communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Housing experience
