Male Disability Support Worker

Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a Disability Support Worker with a passion for community inclusion and exceptional communication skills.
About the Role:
You will support individuals with disabilities in engaging with their communities, developing independence, and enjoying meaningful activities. Your role will include transporting clients to appointments, social events, and recreational outings while promoting choice and empowerment in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in disability support and community access
A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and with a client-centered approach
A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals
Bonus Points For:
- First Aid & CPR certification
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Working with Children Check (if applicable)
- Experience with personal care (if required for the role)
**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 18 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- On call
Licence/Certification:
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check - Employee (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certification (preferred)
- Hand Hygiene Certification (preferred)
