**About the role**:
Our Dealership in Kirrawee has a great opportunity for a **Sales Manager**to join our **Jeep, LDV & Ram** Team.

The role is responsible to support the growth of the brands and manage the financial performance of the department.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of the Jeep, LDV & Ram Sales Department
- Leading and motivating your Sales Team
- Achieving manufacturer and internal sales targets + CSI requirement

**About you**:

- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry - is highly regarded - but we will also consider a 2IC looking to step up
- Proven track record & ability to meet Sales Targets, Manufacturer targets and CSI Benchmarks
- Previous experience managing a sales team
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and communication every time
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent management skills and an approachable management style
- A sound understanding of the financial aspects of the role;
- Reliable, honest, highly motivated and well presented.
- Current Full Unrestricted NSW Driver’s License
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Availability to work on Saturdays & Sundays - 11 day roster
