**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service focused individual to join our bubbly service team as a Retention Coordinator.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Phoning customers to book in for lapsed services/recalls/due services
- Inbound customer service bookings
- Assisting customers with any query relating to the vehicle; via phone.
- Assisting with general Service Reception/Administration Duties when required
- Delivering outstanding customer service to both external and internal customers.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a call centre/retention position - highly regarded but not essential
- Fantastic phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong Computer and Software Skills -_ (if you know ERA Power even better - however this is not essential - we will train you)._
