The RPQ Group of companies provides a range of quality services in road construction and maintenance. As a part of the Downer Group, RPQ Group employs over 200 staff and a fleet of over 100 machines. RPQ operates out of locations spread over Queensland and New South Wales and boasts a high level of industry experience across our management, operational and support staff.

We provide unparalleled services to our clients and are seeking a Spray Seal Coordinator who is committed to providing a high-quality service in a professional and timely manner.

Based at our Pinkenba Depot, as one of the two coordinators, it will be your role to allocate staff, job machinery and materials to various job sites around South East Queensland. You will be coordinating up to seven crews daily, liaising with clients, organising plant, inductions, bitumen and aggregate deliveries, and liaising with management.

You will need:

- A desire to learn, to be proactive and have a passion to succeed
- Exceptional organisation skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Proficient computer skills
- Industry knowledge preferred, but not necessary, however must have previous coordinating experience
- To deal with difficult situations in a professional manner
- Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
- To be a real team player, knowing your conduct affects others in the team
- To be reliable and hard working
