**C&K Tewantin Community Childcare** is a service which provides natural and holistic learning experiences for each child. This is evident through the surroundings: large natural play spaces, trees, scrubs, a large sandpit, a bridge with a dry creek bed, a water course, a boat, a vegetable garden and water tank - the list goes on

We are currently looking for a qualified and motivated **Lead Educator** to join our team. As an experienced, warm and passionate Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community to contribute

You will be working on a **permanent part-time basis, 16 hours per week each Monday and Tuesday**.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- **Lead Educators**: Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

If you are studying or hold a Bachelors in Education you will also be eligible for our Educator roles.

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
