**About the role**

Are you passionate about education and the advancement of healthcare? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Educator to join a dynamic team in Queensland.

As a Clinical Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our Clinical and NON Clinical professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality Residents care.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and deliver comprehensive education and training programs for all staff, including Nurses, Care Staff, and Non Clinical staff
- Assess the learning needs of individuals or groups and design tailored educational plans to address those needs effectively.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on best practices, evidence-based protocols, and emerging trends in healthcare.
- Conduct competency assessments, skills validations, and performance evaluations to ensure staff maintain high standards of practice.

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA registration
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment
- Post Grad Cert in Education
- Aged Care experience
- National Police and NDIS clearances
- Flu vaccination and Covid vaccinations
- Designated consultant to support you through the recruitment process
- Preparation advice regarding resume, cover letter and interview success
