**Your responsibilities will include**:

- **Provide Expert Guidance**: Advise stakeholders on recruitment policies, best practices, and diversity initiatives, contributing to the University's strategic goals
- **Contribute to Continuous Improvement**: Support innovative attraction strategies, leverage various sourcing channels, and contribute to the Employee Value Proposition initiatives

- Be experienced with recruitment platforms like PageUp and ServiceNow
- Show adaptability and flexibility in providing talent acquisition services
- Have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence
- Be adept at managing sensitive information with strict confidentiality

**Your new team - Talent Acquisition**
The Talent Acquisition Team provides specialist recruitment services to the university. Supporting both Academic and Professional roles, the team provides best-practice expertise for hiring internal and external staff. The Talent Acquisition Team and this role are part of the HR Services Group, which provides other specialist and transactional support across the employee lifecycle, including HR administration, payroll, and travel services.
