**About the role**:
Do you love a good chat over a cup of coffee? Are you an avid reader that also enjoys playing board games? If this sounds like you, read on
Our Client is a mature male with a wide array of interests. He loves to be out and about - he frequents local cafes for coffee and lunch, partakes in shopping trips, and loves to pamper himself with a pedicure every now and then. If he feels like staying at home instead of going out, he enjoys reading and playing board games to pass the time.
The ideal Support Worker for our Client is someone who is adept at building rapport quickly and has excellent communication skills. You will have daily communication with our Client, Client’s family, and other stakeholders while on shift so being able to communicate with a wide array of people is a must.
The role will primarily involve support with community access including attending hydrotherapy. Experience in manual handling and hoisting is required. A valid licence, registered vehicle, and comprehensive insurance is also required.
If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
We are looking for a Disability Support Worker who can assist our Client every **Monday from 10am to 2pm **with availability to pick up additional weekday shifts if required.
